16 - 25 lbs 1 - 1 1/2 cups
26 - 40 lbs 1 1/2 - 2 cups
41 - 60 lbs 2  - 2 3/4 cups
61 - 80 lbs 2 3/4 - 3 1/4 cups
81 - 100 lbs 3 1/4 - 3 3/4 cups
Over 100 lbs 3 3/4 + 1/2 for every additional 20 lbs
Cups/day = 8 oz measuring cup
